  • The speakers list and moderated caucus debate will occur in the committee’s assigned room.
  • Unmoderated caucus will occur in the committee’s assigned room.
  • Directives will be written and shared with the committee on paper.
  • Crisis updates will be available during committee.
  • Crisis notes will be sent written on paper and will be collected and responded to by crisis staff.

GA, Regional, Historical, and Specialized Committees ​​
